Critical Information Summary

Call Charges: 7 cents/minute for national, 25 cents/minute for Mobile, 30 cents for 1300 calls.

The Tele Receptionist package is our standard level answering service platform and it includes the following features:

  • Custom greeting script
  • Basic questions for the caller (beyond the standard name, number and message) eg.
    • What product are you calling about?
    • What location are you calling from?
    • What is your email address?
  • Basic business information supplied to caller (if requested) about your business, including:
    • Business name
    • Address
    • Email
    • Open Hours
    • Emergency Phone
  • Contacts can be added allowing the operator to send the callers message directly (via email and sms), or to warm or blind transfer the call directly to the contact. Contacts can be an individual, or department. Warm transfer pre-dials the contact and prompts them for their availability. If they do not answer - the call isn't transferred and a message is taken instead. Blind transfer immediately sends the call to the destination, only recommended when the caller is joinging a queue or a service with a Voicemail to catch the call if its unanswered.
  • Only "answered" calls are counted towards your usage. (This means calls missed by our team, or hangups are not included).
  • Standard Name, Number and brief message are collected from the caller, as well as any additional questions as required.
  • Message details are emailed and sent via SMS
  • Additional emails are included for free
  • Additional sms delivery points are charged at 20 cents/per delivery point/per sms
