Over the past few years we have developed a number of customisable solutions to provide the most flexible call anwering options for your business.
Business Solution
This is our most common solution and is suitable for almost anyone. Just forward your calls to our service and we answer it as specified by you. We will then speak to the caller, inform them that you are unavailable and take message. We will then forward the message in an email and/or as a sms.

Business Department Solution
This solution is tailored for business that have a few employees and want to direct the messages to the correct person or department. As usual, forward the call to us and we will answer as specifed by you. We will then speak to the caller and work out which department or person they are after, inform them that person or department is unavailable and take message. We will then forward the message in an email and/or as a sms to the relevant person or department.

- Default Email and SMS message if none of the above are relevant
Business Call Routing Solution
This solution is tailored for business that have a employees and/or departments that are on the road and want to direct the caller to the correct person or department. As usual, forward the call to us and we will answer as specifed by you. We will then speak to the caller and work out which department or person they are after. At this point, we have two choices available for you to select, we can take a message as in Business Department Solution or we can actually connect the call through to the persons fixed line or mobile. You can combine these options, so you can have some departments with the ability to forward the call through, and other departments which just take a message.

Advanced Call Routing Solution
This solution is tailored to take calls and pass a message or call on to a big list of employees and/or departments. As usual, forward the call to us and we will answer as specifed by you. We will then speak to the caller and search for the department or person they are after. At this point, we have two choices available for you to select, we can take a message as in Business Department Solution or we can actually connect the call through to the persons fixed line or mobile. You can combine these options, so you can have some departments with the ability to forward the call through, and other departments which just take a message.

- Email and SMS messages OR Call Forward option for each of the above
- $120 per hour ex gst, pre-purchased in hour blocks
- Additional minutes charged at $3.00 per minute ex gst.
- Default Email and SMS message if none of the above are relevant
