CALL CENTERS


Simple Telecom operates its primary call center from its head office in Caloundra, QLD. This call center operates during standard business hours.


Simple Telecom contracts additional time to a 2nd call center which operates 24 hours per day, 7 days a week. This call center is located in Sydney and handles any overflow of calls during business hours and all calls after hours.


Both call centers are staffed locally with operators to speak english as their first language.
