CUSTOM ANSWERING


This solution is tailored for business that have a few employees/departments (or want to appear as if they have a few employees/departments) and want to direct the messages to the correct person/department.


Custom Call Answering can also be extended with upto 6 questions. We can prompt the caller for additional details regarding their order, enquiry or quote - basically whatever you need us to ask.


As with all our Live Answering Services, forward the call to us and we will answer as specifed by you in your custom greeting. We will then speak to the caller and work out which department or person they are after - or ask the questions, we will inform them that person or department is unavailable and take message. We will then forward the message and questions responses in an email and/or as a sms to the relevant person or department.
