CUSTOM ROUTING


This solution is tailored for business that have a few employees/departments (or want to appear as if they have a few employees/departments) and want to route the calls to the correct person/department.


As with all our Live Answering Services, forward the call to us and we will answer as specifed by you in your custom greeting. We will then speak to the caller and work out which department or person they are after. The caller can ask for a person by name, or a department depending on the nature of the call. We will then route the call to the relevant person or department.
