What is included for $20 per month?

The monthly plan includes a standard generic 1300, 1800 or Australian local number, 100 call minutes, unlimited call transcriptions, email delivery and access to the API, MCP and webhook integration surface.

Audio and transcripts are retained for 30 days. Prices exclude GST.

What happens after the included 100 minutes?

Calls from fixed lines are charged at 12 cents per minute and calls from mobiles at 32 cents per minute. The final signup and Critical Information Summary will state the billing increments and complete service terms before payment.

Does “unlimited transcription” mean unlimited calls?

It means there is no separate per-transcription allowance or transcription fee. Call usage still applies: the first 100 minutes are included and usage rates apply after that.

Is a number included?

Yes. A standard generic number is included on a monthly basis. Number availability varies, and premium or specially selected numbers may have different charges.

Can I port an existing number?

Yes. Eligible 1300, 1800 and local numbers can be ported to the service. Porting requires ownership and account evidence, and lead times depend on the existing carrier and number type.

Is the plan inclusive of GST?

No. The advertised $20 monthly fee and usage rates exclude GST.
